Help with an order

Include your order number, the email used at checkout and a short explanation of the help you need. Please do not send payment card details. For cancellation, address changes or order changes, contact us before dispatch. These operational changes can only be handled before dispatch. Statutory cancellation and return rights continue after dispatch.

Return or direct exchange

Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery for a commercial return or direct exchange. We accept defective and non-defective returns, pay return and exchange shipping and charge no restocking fee. Send a commercial return within 14 calendar days after authorisation. We send a prepaid label, a designated return address and a return form to download and print. If you cannot print, we provide an alternative. The form and authorisation do not restrict statutory rights.
