These terms govern use of crestwellhomeandliving.com, operated by CRESTWELL COMMERCE LLC under the store name CRESTWELL HOME & LIVING. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale.

Using our website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing orders or contacting us. Do not interfere with website security, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or use another person’s information without authority. We may restrict misuse where reasonably necessary and proportionate. This does not remove rights arising from an existing purchase.

Product and website information

We are responsible for maintaining accurate product descriptions, prices and policy information. The product page identifies the item, colour, dimensions, material and included components. Accessories used to style lifestyle photographs are not included unless expressly listed. Products supplied must match their description and applicable consumer requirements.

If a material error affects your order, we contact you, explain it and obtain your agreement to a correction or offer cancellation with a full refund. We do not substitute a different item or increase an agreed price without your consent.

If you create an account, keep access details secure and contact us about suspected unauthorised activity. We communicate about orders through the contact details you provide. We handle personal information under our Privacy Policy and storage technologies under our Cookie Policy.

Website content

Our store content may be used to browse and make purchases for personal purposes. Copying or using protected content beyond permissions granted by law requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

The terms provided when your order is accepted apply to that order. Later changes apply prospectively. Contact us first so that we can investigate and resolve a complaint. Mandatory UK consumer protections apply to purchases aimed at UK consumers. You retain access to courts and remedies available under applicable law, including courts in the UK jurisdiction where you live when the law provides that right. We do not require exclusive proceedings in the United States.
