Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We offer free delivery throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. There is no minimum order value.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1–2 working days, followed by 3–5 working days in transit. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 working days. The cut-off is 14:00 UK time on working days. Orders received after the cut-off, on weekends or on UK public holidays enter the processing schedule on the next working day. The estimate is counted from the working day on which processing begins. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays. See our Shipping Policy.
When is customer service available?
Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time (GMT or BST, as applicable), excluding UK public holidays.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Available methods for your device and transaction are displayed at checkout. Prices and checkout totals are in GBP (£).
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us before dispatch to request cancellation, an address change or an order change. These operational changes are handled only before dispatch. If the parcel has been dispatched, statutory cancellation and return rights still apply.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes. We accept defective and non-defective returns. Request a commercial return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order and send it back within 14 calendar days after authorisation. Original packaging is not required, and no restocking fee is charged. We pay return shipping. UK statutory rights, including the 14-day cancellation right, also apply. How do I get a return form?
Email support@crestwellhomeandliving.com. We send a downloadable form to print, together with your designated return address and prepaid shipping label. If you cannot print, contact us for an alternative. A form is not required to exercise statutory rights.
Can I exchange an item directly?
Yes. Tell us which replacement you would like. We confirm availability and any price difference and pay return and replacement shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
We issue approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 calendar days after receiving the returned goods. For a statutory cancellation, we use receipt of the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. For a cancellation before dispatch, the 5-calendar-day period begins when we confirm the cancellation. We will not delay a refund beyond the applicable statutory deadline. Your bank or payment provider may need a further 3–10 working days to show the credit. We email you when the refund has been issued and remain your contact for help tracing it.
What if my item is defective, damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number. We take responsibility for resolving the problem and cover the necessary return or replacement shipping. Statutory faulty-goods rights continue beyond our commercial return period where applicable.
Are scene accessories included?
No. Accessories and decorative items shown in lifestyle photographs are not included unless expressly listed in the product’s included contents. Materials, dimensions and the supplied components are described on each product page.
